we had a beautiful view from our room, but the service felt a bit uninspired; remember to grab your breakfast voucher for a smooth start to your day!

This place was a perfect match for a day tour in Gulf Shores and great for the money. The staff was nice and helpful, making check-in easy. Make sure to ask for a room with a beach view, because some overlook a parking lot.

We had a fantastic group trip! The location is perfect. we loved spending time at Waterville USA Water Park and The Hangout, both just a mile away! We had fun with water sports and deep-sea fishing. Just a heads up though, there isn't a continental breakfast, so plan ahead.

Had a little trouble when the outdoor pool area was not really what we expected from the pictures. It felt way smaller than advertised, which was a bit disappointing.

I loved how we could easily walk to the gorgeous Gulf Shores Public Beach, which was less than a mile away, and enjoy fresh seafood only a few steps from the hotel at local favorites like Gulf Island Grill. the view of the beach from our room was a nice touch that made our stay special.

Our arrival was frustrating with check-in delays. Even after waiting, our room was still not ready at the promised time.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach and within walking distance of popular spots. My room was recently updated with new furnishings and carpets, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff was pleasant, and they promptly addressed the requests I made for additional towels.

The price seemed high for the overall experience.
